Over the course of my career, I have worked across public sector, telecommunications, enterprise reporting, modern web platforms, and founder-led ventures. That breadth has given me a practical perspective on how technology decisions affect operations, governance, stakeholders, delivery, and long-term business value.

Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in engineering, telecom operations, audit, billing systems, and consulting. That evolved into portfolio management, governance, business architecture, and strategic planning work in enterprise and government settings. In more recent years, I have combined that leadership background with hands-on experience in modern web platforms, structured content, headless approaches, analytics/reporting, and AI/ML-adjacent product experimentation.
Alongside enterprise roles, I have also founded and operated businesses, which has strengthened my commercial judgment, resilience, and appreciation for how technology must ultimately support service delivery, growth, and sustainable outcomes.
